We now have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to provide integral support to the sales team. This role encompasses issuing quote and billing documentation, liaising with customers, maintaining the Customer Relationship Management database, issuing contracts and full administrative support to the sales team.
Job purpose:
To provide all encompassing support to the Sales team, including but not limited to:
• Acting as the first point of contact for incoming queries from new or prospective customers, dealing with administrative queries or referring onward as required.
• Providing support in ensuring end to end sales procedures are implemented and maintained, including support during the pre-sales and after-sales processes.
• Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date with details of new leads, sales opportunities, monitoring customer accounts and assisting the sales team in managing their sales pipeline via CRM.
• Processing orders, issuing quotes and estimates, issuing invoices; ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Issuing contracts to new customers, sending out bespoke welcome packs and other related documentation, collecting information as required to ensure services sold to customers can be set up and activated.
• Co-ordinating internal activities related to the selling process such as ensuring new accounts are set up, monthly billings are put in place etc.
• Liaising with customers, primarily via email and telephone on a range of matters, providing support for the sales process, particularly with regards to ordering and invoicing.
• Interrogate weekly sales minutes to identify anomalies and identify remedies.
• Arrange customer meetings for sales reps.
• To lead on internal processes with regards to yearly renewals for our education customers.
• To provide support to the Commercial Manager as required.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.
