you must have excellent organisational skills and preferably some experience of working in an office environment good verbal and written communication skills confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills effective and efficient time management demonstrates an ’investigative’ and ’can do’ approach and attitude to all tasks ability to work as part of a team, whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently when required ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A*-C/9-4 in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
Business Administrator standard (Level 3)Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
