When on Field / qualities to complete duties below: Perform installations consistent with standard procedures Understand and satisfy customer service needs, know your customer Be proactive with their wishes and ensure they are left delighted Alert Support Desk Manager promptly of any customer dissatisfaction Be always on time and ensure that emails for reaching and leaving sites are sent to MMReports Refer to Technical area SME when in doubt of solution or best practice Perform IIA consistent with standard procedure. Perform installations consistent with standard procedures Perform maintenance callouts – ensure problem is 100% complete Carefully complete all reports and scan and return to head office same day or next morning Ensure all descriptions are completed in full and ensure information is clear for future reference
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
