Candidates must demonstrate good attention to detail skills Must be able to work to deadlines An excellent telephone manner is required The ability to work on their/your own initiative Must be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel There is an element of Finance in the role, so someone who is good with numbers, someone that has an interest in accounts and finance would be an advantage
GCSEs at grades C/4 (or equivalent) in English and maths will be required.
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:Functional skills in English, maths, and ICT (if applicable)Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work well under pressure Must be articulate with good interpersonal skills
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
