Good communication is a must, do not need to be a superstar with the ability of chairing a meeting of directors, however needs to be clear and able to effectively communicate with clients both over the phone and face to face An ambitious and driven individual with a passion and interest in IT
The candidate will have at least 5 GCSE’s (C and above) including maths and English and excited to begin career within IT.
Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
