Description
Working as part of the Professional Development (PD) team, you will be responsible for:
- Working alongside the Programme team in the scheduling and maintaining of the PD course portfolio
- Supporting the Resourcing & Quality Manager in the management of freelance presenter resources for.
- Supporting BPP marketing.
- Ensuring that course details and outlines for all PD courses are up-to-date for example monitoring and reviewing public programme course outlines and website content, make recommendations for improvements (consistency, language, learning outcomes, market focus) and coordinate their implementation.
- Ensuring that the PD Portfolio on the BPP websites remains up-to-date
- Generating data records to be used for marketing campaigns
- Supporting the Business Development team
- Supporting the outbound telephone sales executives with weekly and monthly data
- Work alongside the Quality Assurance team (managing timetabling, feedback forms and registers)
- Effectively undertaking any other duties and ad hoc projects as required
- Updating HR7s due to expire for employed Freelancers
- Support the monthly Course Materials review policy

A minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses.
