Description
The Café Bar has an opportunity for a Hospitality Apprentice to work in their Café based in the heart of Preston.
The role of a Hospitality Apprentice is to provide exceptional support throughout the restaurant and bar, helping to prepare for customers and visitors and ensuring all customer enquiries are taken care of in the most efficient manner as possible.
You will be required to provide excellent customer service at all times and work to support your colleagues in the team. The ability to maintain the restaurant and bar areas ensuring they are neat, clean and tidy and in a safe condition at all times.
Some of the tasks you will be required to carry out are;
Assist in preparation of the restaurant as required by the chef
Assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness to ensure safe working practices are adhered to for customers of the restaurant
Provide a high standard of customer service to meet the requirements of customers & exceed their expectation
Ability to communicate with team members and customers in a professional but friendly manner
Have an ability to work with others
You will also be working toward a qualification in Hospitality Services

Technical Certificate Level 2 in Hospitality Services
