Description

As an Administration Apprentice what will I be doing?

You will provide assistance and support to all staff in respect of office administration and ad hoc client orientated tasks.

Your duties will include:

  • To develop knowledge and learn to apply this in the workplace
  • Advertising cars on website
  • Database input, photocopying, filing and typing duties as directed
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • To answer/deal with queries via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
  • General office duties
  • Sample sending and chasing updates
  • Stationary ordering
  • Making refreshments for clients/staff

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college.The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
