Description
We are looking for a reliable and diligent Accounts Junior to join our expanding team.
This is a client-facing role within the music industry, so the successful candidate will need to be a clear communicator as well as numerate, motivated and organised. A friendly, confident telephone manner is a must.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Payment Matching - Using Bankline to match incoming payments to relevant bookings
• Credit control – communicating with promoters as payments become due
• Reporting - Updating systems, Logging data and issuing payment status reports to agents
• Other Accounts assistance as required
On the job training will be given.
This role offers real career opportunities and practical experience in the
live music industry. The position would particularly suit numerate, well- motivated applicants wanting a career in music business accountancy.

- A high level of IT literacy will be useful as we deal daily with Bankline, Xero etc
- Five GCSE grades A*-C (or 4-9) including Maths and English
- 3 A-levels grades A*-C (or equivalent)
- AAT level 3 or at least 12 Months accounts experience required.
As an Accounting Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Professional Accountancy Taxation Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the AAT certificate level professional qualification.
The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace.
