Detailed Job Description

Duties to include: Supporting LDU managers whenever possible in the efficient running of the office to support all the activities contained therein, including coordinating availability and arranging appointments as appropriate Support the performance of Local Delivery units, including tracking activity around key targets and alerting managers where action is required to support the achievement of key targets Covering reception using discretion and local knowledge to refer visitors and service users to the appropriate services and/or person when necessary, including responsibility for petty cash on a daily basis Supporting the co-ordination of local LDU meetings where appropriate e.g. IOM, Women's Services, Health and Safety, Audit and Inspections and gathering information as required Administering Group Induction arrangements in accordance with the agreed processes and procedures Establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and teams across the Group as well as support external third parties and partner engagement

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

A minimum of GCSE A-C in English and maths (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience ICT Qualification (i.e. EDCL, Intermediate Excel / Word Certificate or equivalent qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience A minimum of NVQ in Business Admin L2 (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience

Skills required

Previous administrative experience Customer service experience Experience of working to deadlines and meeting performance targets
