Detailed Job Description

Supporting CP managers whenever possible in the efficient running of the teams to support all the activities contained therein, including coordinating availability and arranging groups, vehicle bookings as appropriate Support the performance of Community Payback teams including tracking activity around key targets, alerting managers where action is required to support the achievement of key targets Supporting the co-ordination of Community Payback meetings where appropriate e.g. Team meetings, Health and Safety, Audit and Inspections and gathering information as required Establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and teams across the Group as well as support external third parties and partner engagement and beneficiaries Supporting the procurement process under the direction of the local manager/CP lead Ensure that company policies including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Data Security are met at all times so service users/customers and staff are protected Some reception cover

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

A minimum of GCSE A-C in English and maths (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience. ICT Qualification (i.e. EDCL, Intermediate Excel / Word Certificate or equivalent qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience. A minimum of NVQ in Business Admin L2 (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Skills required

Ability to organise groups, meetings and appointments efficiently Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to enhance service delivery Ability to input data accurately and maintain effective systems

Personal Qualities

Attention to detail Ability to maintain standards under pressure Previous administrative experience Customer service experience Experience of working to deadlines and meeting performance targets
