KCJ Recruitment are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Professional and Executive Recruitment Division. The purpose of this role will be to provide support across the division, helping complete all client and customer documentation, updating and controlling the client database and overseeing the front desk.

Programme Duration: 12 months

Helping to complete client correspondence
Completing documentation with customers
Advertising new vacancies via various systems
Database management and administration
Answering telephone calls
Ensuring all applicant packs are up to date and completed correctly
Good written communication
Good verbal communication
Good I.T skills
Good telephone manner
Able to work in a team and on your own
Able to multi-task
Able to work under pressure
