Detailed Job Description

Full time permanent Bakery Apprentice required. 40 hour week comprising 5 days of 8 hours. The role involves learning all aspects of Prima’s bakery and pasty manufacturing processes. The apprentice will learn how to take basic ingredients and turn them into high quality craft bakery products. All aspects of the production process will be learnt allowing the apprentice to produce individual dough based bread and confectionery products as well as Prima’s best selling range of savoury items including Cornish Pasties, sausage rolls and savoury wraps.

Qualifications required

Desirable: Maths and English to Grade C at GCSE or equivalent.

Min 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 am onwards.
