Description
As an Administration and Marketing Apprentice what will I be doing?
You will work as part of a small team in London providing flexible, pro-active and responsive support to the whole firm both in London and in Tarragona. No knowledge of Spanish is necessary, but it would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
?Maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
?Supporting the firm’s marketing efforts by preparing and scheduling social media content, updating the CRM system and sending e-newsletters.
?Maintaining the firm’s records and filing system.
?Preparing and sending correspondence to clients and other contacts.
?Creating and issuing sales invoices.
?Organising meetings and appointments.
We are seeking a positive individual with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

At least five GCSEs including Maths with a minimum of grade B, English with a minimum of grade B, and at least grade C in three other academic subjects.
Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.

Once you commence at the firm, further induction training will be supplied by the firm. You will also receive visits and other training from the Learning Skills Partnership representative.
