This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career within the logistics, supply chain and freight management sector.
We are looking for an Apprentice Account Handler to join our growing team! You will gain valuable experience, as well as the opportunity to learn about the daily running of an office.
Duties include:
•Invoice accuracy
•Customer SLA’s achieved
•To source cost effective reliable transport solutions
•Ensure all external costs are accrued on Data Freight
•Ensure supplier invoices are correct as per quotes gained.
•Promptly handle customer e-mails in respect of queries, complaints etc
•Creation of Delivery notes for non courier collections
•Promptly and accurately update the collection spread sheet to ensure correct release of customer stock.
•Assist stock controller in gaining required information from customers to ensure stock accuracy.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Your qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Level 2 Business and Administration Apprenticeship
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English.
You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.
You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen.
We are looking for someone with plenty of common sense, a quick learner and committed to learning.
