Working with Income Specialists, you will provide support and intervention enabling customers to maintain tenancies. You’ll be working on low-level arrears cases and negotiating clear repayment terms with Catalyst customers, ensuring that collection of rental income is priority whilst demonstrating empathy, building rapport and understanding.
