Following an initial induction to the world of insurance you will be working within our Claims function gaining the skills and knowledge needed to prepare you for a key role at RSA Responsibilities involve telephony work and may include: Reviewing claims cases, Identifying fraudulent activities, Assessing claims to progress to fulfilment & closure, Managing customer phone calls in an efficient, courteous and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.

Training provided

Based in one of our key locations, you’ll receive an exceptional introduction to the insurance industry on this intensive 18-month apprenticeship.

Following an induction programme, you’ll join one of our Claims teams. It’s a busy contact centre environment that will see you gaining first-hand experience of what insurance claims are all about. As well as speaking to customers on the phone, your might find yourself reviewing cases, talking to third-party suppliers or supporting our anti-fraud activities.

At the same time, we will also sponsor and help you attain a valuable CII Certificate in Insurance Level 3 with:

•Classroom sessions and dedicated study time

•Textbooks and bespoke e-learning materials
