Description

A great opportunity for an apprentice groom to work at an award winning riding school, situated in the stunning countryside of Wimbledon common. You will be working with a friendly, well established team. Training is exceptional and lessons available on a weekly basis. General duties to include;

•Mucking out

•Turning out/bringing in

•Tack cleaning

•Tacking up

•Feeding

•Filling hay nets

•Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming

•Bathing

•Rug changing

•Schooling •Riding •First aid •Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.) •Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
