Description

Working alongside our established team of practitioners you will be nurtured within a supportive learning environment, to develop into an effective early year’s educator.

Your role will include:

•Working with children to lead activities and work with individual children or groups of children, under direction adapting the needs of the children.

•Communicating with children to encourage their social, physical development and encourage acceptable behaviour.

•Liaising and establishing positive relationships with parent/carers, exchanging information on the child, children.

•Keeping records and information accurate and up to date.

•Contributing to the planning and development of learning and play activities.

•Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding procedures.

Successful candidates will be subject to a Criminal Records Bureau (DBS) Check.

  • You will need an enthusiastic manner with a passion to work in the childcare sector.

4 GCSE’s at grades including Maths and English (or equivalent). Desirable but not essential.
