Detailed Job Description

  • Meeting and greeting guests on arrival
  • Taking orders over the telephone
  • Taking payments, upselling and cross selling products
  • Responding to customer enquires via email and live chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Updating Salesforce system with clear concise notes
  • Dealing with faulty products over the telephone
  • Arranging replacements or refunds for faulty products
  • Liaise with our many suppliers to ensure customers returns and queries are dealt with promptly
  • Taking responsibility for the customer’s enquiry and following it through to completion

Qualifications required

  • GCSE grade A*-C or equivalent in English and Mathematics

Skills required

  • A passion for Sales and Customer Services
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Computer skills

  • Motivation to succeed
  • Confidence with a keen eye for detail
