Detailed Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice administrator to work within the Automotive Driving Events Industry. Everyman Racing the largest supplier of driving experiences and events, currently supplying over 200,000 drives per year. We operate from our own facility at the site of the Prestwold driving centre which is based in Leicestershire at our purpose built race circuit. We also operate from many other prestigious race circuits in the U.K such as Goodwood, Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill, Mallory Park and many more locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the office in general administration duties
  • Ensure all paperwork, stationary etc is all packed and checked off a list ready to send to each event ahead of time
  • Manage and input date into various spreadsheets on Excel and thoroughly inspect every invoice sent in by our staff ensuring that the commission they have applied for is correct.
  • Answer any emails/ telephone calls from staff concerning queries with their Invoices and altering the invoices where appropriate.
  • You will communicate any errors and deductions/additions to their invoice to them.
  • You will be responsible for looking after all uniform orders and will detail this on our spreadsheet, keeping a clear and efficient log of all purchases.
  • You will communicate with staff about their orders e.g. when they can expect to receive their clothing and making sure you have deducted the correct amount from their invoices.
  • You will then have to pack and label each uniform order for the staff, keeping the staff portal up to date.
  • Maintaining the instructor grading system and checking that they are up to date and correct.
