Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:  Research competitor pricing/ ideas/ upcoming calendar and social events Create and deliver campaigns using our integrated marketing tool Manage our social media accounts, relate current campaigns to them and share news and info Export and update customer data to ensure the campaigns are going to correct contact Analyse campaign/analytical reports Identifying target audience and creating bespoke material Create a marketing plan 3 months in advance  Manage the day to day administration of your marketing role and be able to help out with other associated tasks within the office Engage or lead new marketing ideas/improvements in staff meetings  Update and apply all offers to our websites Maintaining our websites, focusing on SEO and keeping content fresh and up to date with the latest products and offers Writing exciting blogs for Emerge with relevant content Managing all social media sites, updating people with news, products and general info about our companies Creating successful email campaigns from our current promotional marketing software Produce successful marketing and advertising campaigns using data collected from previous ones. Create, produce and amend artwork for clients i.e. business cards, letterheads, menus etc. Creating a new website for our hospitality products Getting involved with the administration side of the company including quoting, answering the phones and dealing with Customer enquiries

Be proactive in your approach at all times Superb customer service skills both over the phone and face to face Some previous experience with marketing and social media preferred A desire to learn and achieve Must work both independently and part of a team alongside the sales staff Attention to detail and commitment to quality marketing at all times Confident user of Microsoft packages and IT generally Have experience using In design to create artwork Be super organised Be proactive about improving yourself Be able to work well within timescales Have an innate sense of wanting to improve yourself The kind of person who works until you are proud of your output Being goal driven with your work Be committed to the business
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
Digital marketer level 3 standard Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills  Imaginative and creative desire when producing marketing material  Exceptional attention to detail  Committed team player as well as confident to work on their own initiative
