Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:   Answering customer queries (once product knowledge is sufficient – product training provided) To create new and manage existing listings across all e-commerce sites (E Bay/ Amazon and company website) To perform regular price checks across all sites to ensure all prices remain competitive Being organised and understanding the requirements of the scope of the task involved Creation of images of products and upload to relevant sites  Pick, pack and post-daily orders  Printing job paperwork as required including postal labels Filing relevant documents Perform stock checks  Help out in the warehouse as shipments arrive

The ideal candidate will have 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
Business Administrator level 3 standardApproximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
The role will also require basic computer skills, use of Microsoft applications, and use of EBay, Amazon and websites, plus companies internal software (with relevant training being provided).  Some vehicle related experience and knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.  Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
