Floorplanz, also known as Fourwalls, are looking for a candidate to complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team of professionals, where you will be working for a well-established national provider of property marketing and surveying services.

Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:
Supporting Operations team with general administrative tasks
Assist with diaries and job bookings for our employed network to ensure efficiency
Answering and dealing with telephone message
Emailing enquires throughout the day (Clients and Operators)
Booking jobs from clients onto our online system
Monitor the EPC upload report
Ensure client job sheets are accurately updated
Deal with CAD amendments and queries
Assist floor plan checker in their duties
Upload floor plans to client job portal
Perform other ad hoc office duties as and when required.
The candidate will have at least 3 GCSE’s (C and above) Plus GCSE English and maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
Bright, personable, well-spoken and efficient
Quick to learn
Confident, enthusiastic and professional
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The majority of skills will be learnt on the job, but a candidate with the above qualities will find it easier to pick things up.

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
Business Administrator level 3 standard Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
