Description

The post holder will be expected to ‘hit the ground running’ and quickly assimilate the necessary SharePoint skills to support the project.  Duties and Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:  Ownership and management of intranet technical design and framework Ownership and management of the intranet capability road map, eliciting input from all departments for future requirements and extensions Develop ‘fit for purpose’ applications by utilizing SharePoint and appropriate developer tools including ASP.net, CSS, HTML and MS-SQL Develop electronic work flows of business processes in SharePoint 2016 Execute proper coding and documentation standards to ensure that developed applications are supportable Administer the SharePoint intranet: managing permissions, work flows etc.. Provide guidance on SharePoint usage and best practice across the business

5x GCSEs (or equivalent) - grades A-C 9/4 in any subject   GCSE maths (or equivalent) at grade A-C  9/4 GCSE English (or equivalent) at grade D/3 or above or equivalents
Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.Level 3 Software Development Technician
Other desired qualities:  Have a valid passport, birth certificate, residence permit AND NI number  Must have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date Must not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time Candidates must be prepared undertake security clearance and/or a Drug and Alcohol test as part of the company’s vetting procedures
