BPI Recycled products have an enviable reputation as the leader in the field of polyethylene recycling. We are the largest recycler in Europe with the ability to reprocess in excess of 80,000 tonnes each year of post-use material from commercial, retail, industrial and agricultural markets across our Environment Agency Accredited Sites. Over the last five years BPI has invested significantly in the recycling of waste polythene and particularly in the washing and recycling of farm films such as bale wrap and crop cover that would otherwise go into landfill or be burnt. The Visqueen business is the largest supplier of waterproofing products into the construction sector.

The role will focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service to distributors, end users and internal customers of RPC BPI Recycled Products.
It will involve on a daily basis:
•Processing customer orders and new enquiries and quotes including technical advice
•Dealing with customer order queries
•Promotion of products and services
You’ll gain diverse skills such as team working, dealing with conflict, commerciality, organisation, communication.
Understanding the business – brand promise, core values and internal policies and procedures.
Understanding your role and responsibilities.
Developing an awareness of the customer journey and building an empathetic customer service approach.
Carrying out such tasks and duties as directed by the Departmental Manager/Supervisor.
•GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
•Good communication skills via telephone, email and face to face
•Customer service experience would be an advantage
•Computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
•Positive attitude to training and progression

•Level 2 Customer Practitioner Standard
•Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)
Must be able to travel to employer premises on a daily basis. The working week will always be Monday to Friday doing 37.5 hours between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.
