Description

We are looking for 2 Development Coordinators to work within our HR teams.  One apprentice will support the Early Careers Development team and the other apprentice will support the wider Talent & Organisational Development team.  Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:  Booking and coordinating training courses to support the delivery of Early Careers and Talent Programmes including: Booking venues and catering. Liaising with delegates to provide them with correct information. Coordinating the preparation of training materials and equipment required for all events. Accurately recording the attendance of the delegates at events. Other duties include:  Coordinate the Engagement Surveys for all Early Careers Programmes, ensuing results are collated ready for reporting.  Record and track end of programme reviews and recommendations for all Early Careers Programmes to help generate future talent pipeline Provide proactive support to the team and internal customers, anticipating needs, seeking and co-ordinating information and alerting individuals to forthcoming deadlines or queries Ad hoc reports and projects

5 GCSE’s grades A-C’s (or equivalent) including maths and English
Business Administrator level 3 standardApproximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
