As an Apprentice Service Plan Administrator what will I be doing?
You will be part of a professional centralised service contact team handling outbound and inbound Service Plan enquiries for both the customer and the dealership.
Main responsibilities and duties
•Check and update customer files.
•Log customer agreement forms onto in house system,
•Issue Service Plan Policy documents.
•Processing Customer cancellation and refunds.
•Process bank account and direct debit changes.
•Service incoming calls from customers regarding their service plan.
•Handle incoming calls and emails from dealerships.

English and Maths GCSE Grade 4-9 (A*-C) desirable but will consider candidates with lower grades.
Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
