You'll provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IT Manager. You'll be supporting the organisation in all areas of IT and performing a general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.

Minimum:  5 GCSE including IT, maths and English or equivalent
Infrastructure technician level 3Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines and objectives Must be able to pay attention to detail to ensure work is carried out with accuracy and quality expected The ability to manage and priorities complex routine and administrative tasks is essential To work in a professional manner and develop effective working relationships with colleagues and Synagogue Representatives at all time To be able to work as an effective and proactive member of the United Synagogue team
