Description

Our Digital Marketing Apprentice will get the chance to learn about all aspects of being part of a creative agency. Reporting primarily to the Project Manager, we will be looking for support with:

In-house and client social media strategy and management for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube… etc.

  • Creating multi-channel campaigns
  • Email marketing
  • Digital content strategy and management
  • Google Analytics, SEO and PPC
  • First line digital support
  • Organising events
  • General agency admin duties

Most importantly we are looking for someone who already has a great social media portfolio (even if it’s just your personal one) to show that you really ‘get’ social. You’ll need an appreciation of meme culture and be looking to stay up to date with the latest trends and themes (and know what’s over) in marketing, advertising and design.

End Assessment:

Apprentices will collate a portfolio of evidence from work projects. Once this portfolio demonstrates all requirements of the programme they will complete the end point assessment. This must be a minimum of 12 months after the start of the programme. The end point assessment is made up of the following elements:

  • Project - giving the apprentice the opportunity to undertake a business-related project over a one-week period away from the day to day workplace
  • An employer reference
  • A structured interview with an assessor - exploring what has been produced in the portfolio and the project as well as looking at how it has been produced
