Fantastic opportunity to join Sodexo Healthcare as an Apprentice Administrator.
Work collaboratively as part of the Healthcare team to provide administrative support. This is a very busy department, previous experience working in a similar environment is an advantage.

•Accurate keyboard and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

•Proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes.
•Booking of meeting rooms/desks.
•Taking messages and dealing with enquiries from sites and also dealing with e-mail, letters, packages etc).
•Raising purchase orders in Basware, processing invoices and supporting accounts payable with any queries.
•Help plan and support various client/customer and internal events & hospitality events, conferences and site visits.
•Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary, also ordering of flowers and gifts.
•Ordering of equipment i.e. mobile phones/laptops/printers etc and updating the asset list.
•Assist with the management of the communications in box and distribution of internal communication.
•Assist with the monthly on the spot and star of the month awards when required.
•Responsible for the production of notices, menus and place mats for Seniors business.
•Submit timely monthly HSE reports.
•Inputting information into Salus (claims management system) .
•Assisting with expenses and queries.
•Assist other colleagues whenever necessary.
•Any other reasonable requests.
As an Apprentice you will be included on an Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
