This is a section of some simple filler text, also known as placeholder text. It shares some characteristics of a real written text.
Apprentices will learn industry valued knowledge, skills and behaviours that will be the foundation for their future career and business growth potential.
Regardless of personal background or circumstances an apprenticeship is a great place to start a career. Those starting their working life as an apprentice will be more likely to have professional success and can look at earning significantly more over the course of their career.
The Triumph Apprenticeship Programme will give access to learning environments, resources and professional training along with guidance that supports apprentice development in pursuit of personal and apprenticeship goals.
Apprenticeships combine practical training and related studies to develop apprentice knowledge, skills and behaviours. Key to apprenticeships is the way in which there is a strong bias to practical related learning in the workplace. This is vitally important to ready apprentices for the rigours of their End Point Assessment, the final hurdle to becoming qualified. Total commitment to the apprenticeship programme from employers and apprentices is vital if apprentices are going to realise their full potential and achieve high levels of success.
Apprenticeship Benefits
In addition to the pride and status that comes with being associated with one of the industry’s leading motorcycle manufacturers, apprentices can expect:
- Full time paid employment at a Triumph Dealership, earning a wage and getting holiday pay
- Regular assessment and development within work the place
- Working alongside experienced expert staff
- Gaining job-specific skills
- Time allocated to training and study related to the apprenticeship role (at least 20% of the apprentices normal working hours)
- Training using Triumph resources and information
- Opportunities to develop transferable skills in readiness for future career progression
- Opportunities to stretch and challenge their English and maths skills
- Great career prospects and future development opportunities
Welfare
All the below areas will be discussed not only during the apprenticeship induction but continuously throughout the apprenticeship journey. If any apprentice or employer has a topic of concern in relation to safeguarding, equality and diversity or health and safety, they should contact our team who will provide the relevant support and guidance.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is a set of proactive policies, practices and procedures, grounded in law, policy and values, that aims to keep children, young people and adults, apprentices and staff, safe from a wide range of potential harm. Throughout the apprenticeship journey, the programme team will maintain a safe learning environment for the apprentices, ensuring they detect and protect against any safeguarding issues.
Equity and Diversity
The Triumph Apprenticeship Programme operates a policy of equality of opportunity which guarantees equal treatment regardless of any legally protected personal characteristic. Equality and diversity issues will be discussed during the apprenticeship and we will promote the benefits of equality and diversity in the workplace and society. As apprentices start their working career, they will be given guidance as to their responsibilities in terms of equal opportunities.
Health and Safety
Health and Safety is of prime importance at all times for all of us. Employers and the training team are fully aware of their responsibility for carrying out apprentice training within a safe working environment. It is the apprentice’s responsibility to follow the guidance regarding all matters of Health and Safety. Apprentices are entitled to the same protection under the law in Health and Safety matters as any other employed person. As apprentices start their working career health and safety will be one of the early topics they cover.

An e-logbook is required to be completed with a minimum number of off the job training hours (20% of the apprentice employment hours). Employer workplace mentors will provide feedback and grade the quality of the apprentice evidence.
Off-the-job training is met by guided learning within the workplace and is supplemented by formal training such as face to face delivery in the training centre and digital learning opportunities such as webinars & e-learning.

Apprenticeship Support
We provide dedicated mentorship and support throughout the apprenticeship, helping you navigate challenges and achieve your goals.
During your apprenticeship journey your well-being is of paramount importance to us.
Learning styles are not all the same for each apprentice and everyone learns at different paces and levels and we aim to provide you with all the resources and tools to progress.
Whatever disability you may have, Bosch aims to provide our apprentices with additional support and guidance where required both in the classroom environment but on one to one sessions as well.
Contact our team if you have any queries or support requirements before starting your apprenticeship.
We wish you every success for your apprenticeship.
Female Support
We are always particularly pleased to welcome female apprentices commencing on the Apprenticeship Programme. As you may realise, females are very much in the minority in the motor industry and we are keen that the industry benefits from an increased number of females over time. I am sure you will expect us to treat you in exactly the same way as we treat your male colleagues and that is our intention.
Under-Represented Groups
We are committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure that any under-presented groups all have the same opportunities for a long and fulfilling career in the industry.
Support Network
During the course of your apprenticeship, all apprentices will receive effective guidance and support from their Trainer and it is your Trainer who should be the first point of contact with concerns or difficulties.
We have found in the past that some apprentices have welcomed having an additional point of contact that they could use with any issues that they felt would be best dealt with by someone other than the trainer. If at any stage during your time on the programme you feel that this might help you then do not hesitate to contact the programme administration office or if you are a female apprentice ask to speak to the female support contact. They will be pleased to hear from you and will do their best to work with you on any issues that you might have.
Interview Tips
