Computer literacy  Good communication skills, both orally and in writing to clearly articulates IT matters to a variety of stakeholders (including end users, supervisors etc.) Evidence of practical problem-solving skills Ability to show initiative and be able to work well in both a team environment and, in time, independently  System administration knowledge  Knowledge of computer assemble  Knowledge of software installations
At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including maths, English and either IT or science Ideally you will have either a minimum of two A Levels (or equivalent) Please ensure that your full educational history is stated on your application
Enthusiasm for Technology  Enthusiasm for interacting with people  The role holder will be undertaking a level 3 apprenticeship which will include undertaking courses and as such role specific skills and commitment are necessary
