Good written English
Confident use of the telephone and strong interpersonal skills
Admin skills including organising meetings and taking minutes
Good experience of Microsoft Office programmes - including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to work under pressure
Ideally an achievement of 4 or more A*-C/9-4 grades at GCSE or equivalent, including English, maths and IT
Level 3 qualifications with A-levels and/or a level 3 BTEC would also be preferable

We specialise in offering a locally provided service and are responsible for the care of approximately 5 million patients who live in the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Milton Keynes.
Following a CQC inspection in March 2019, DHU 111 was awarded the coveted ‘CQC Outstanding overall’ award. DHU 111 was the first NHS 111 provider in the country to be given this accolade of service quality.
