This is a new and exciting opportunity for an outgoing and proactive candidate to become part of the customer facing team in a very busy GP Practice. Role will include regular contact with patients both face to face and over the telephone.

Reliable and accurate keyboard skills with a good attention for detail
Ability to prioritise all work tasks and to work in a calm focused manner
Excellent communications skills with a confident telephone manner

GCSE maths - English 9-4/A*-C Grades (or equivalent)
Good/recognised ICT qualification

Due to the nature of the business an understanding of client/patient confidentiality will be expected at all times. The Reception area can be a demanding and sometimes challenging area to work so a calm and focused approach in dealing with patients/enquiries will be needed.
Part of qualification requirement is regular College attendance and this is currently one full day per month due to Covid restrictions but may change as restrictions are relaxed. The FOCUS Training Group are based on the Marsh Mills industrial area.
Possibility of full time employment/progression upon successful completion of Level 2.
