Description of Opportunity
This vacancy is for a Cafe Assistant based in Briercliffe, Burnley.
The overall purpose of the job is to offer exemplary standards of service and care to all customers alongside completing an Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

Have the confidence to be able to communicate with customers.
Be able to record issues accurately if dealing with problems or customer complaints.
Someone who knows how to make a difference, self-motivated and has a real passion for customer service.
GCSE at grade 3 (D) or above in English and mathematics or equivalent
The ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team and be respectful to team members at all times.
Be an excellent communicator at all levels, via telephone and face to face.
Be able to use their own initiative.
Good time keeping and attendance.
People skills, your flexibility and your work ethic.
