Excellent telephone skills

There are no set qualifications to become an apprentice, but it helps to have GCSEs (A*-C/9-4) in maths and English or equivalent, as this could exempt you from further training in these subjects.
Willingness to learn

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage guide is updated every April (ANMW): https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to future employment with Total Repair Service following successful completion of their Apprenticeship.
Total Repair Service are a Building Repair company who operate throughout Devon and Cornwall, principally repairing houses and businesses who have suffered loss or damage from fire, water or impact.
We undertake repairs such as domestic and commercial insurance repairs, and alteration and refurbishments.
TRS work with many of the largest National Insurers and Building Repair Networks.
