The Mint Homes office is compliant with the Covid health and safety guidelines with full Perspex screens between all desks and any members of the public or contractors who call. Mint Homes staff practise safe social distancing Mint Homes will provide all in house training with the Office Manager and appropriate colleagues who will help guide you through your apprenticeship. This involves desk training of oral and written instruction, guidance and demonstration The candidate will receive detailed instruction, advice and help to develop communication skills and deal with phone calls and emails as well as face to face meetings with contractors, tenants and landlords. This will provide a wide range of transferrable skills
The offer of a permanent position within the company as a Property Administrator is available if the successful candidate completes their apprenticeship and demonstrates that they are able to carry out the job, as detailed in the vacancy description, with minimal or no assistance
