You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a brilliant telephone manner
You will be flexible, adaptable, possess the ability to multi-task and have good interpersonal skills as well as adaptability and team spirit
To be considered for this role, you ideally would hold GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English, and in three or four other subjects.
You should have a GCSE/BTEC/A Level in ICT (or equivalent) or at least hands-on experience with the workings of computers and IT.
Please note that you should not hold a higher-level qualification (i.e. a Degree) in a similar subject.

Our client provides high quality support to primary schools across Hampshire. The majority of their work is done on-site at the schools, but they also provide remote assistance over the phone or via the Internet.
