You will be able to engage with members, be approachable on the gym floor and have a professional attitude to developing your coaching skills
You will have strong communication skills to foster relationships with both colleagues and gym members
Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification is desirable however, this can be delivered as part of the apprenticeship for those who are non-qualified. - NPLQ/IQL Poolside qualification is desirable but not essential.
