A great communicator – excellent at developing relationships with the team and others involved
Ideally some experience of working to specs
A good command of English and proof of eligibility to work in UK
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
A*-C/9-4 maths and English or equivalent.
However for the right candidate, the College could consider applicants with grade D/3 (or equivalent) in these areas with the expectation that the successful candidate would have to complete functional skills level 2 within the first year of the apprenticeship.

A great attitude with a willingness to learn and the hunger to develop their skills
