Articulate, confident and professional
Excellent technical skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Competent database skills
Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident in decision making and a quick learner
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A*-C (9-4) including English and maths
Reliable, flexible and helpful
Cheerful, approachable and a team player
Positive attitude and be able to remain calm under pressure in a sometimes-demanding working environment
Able to work independently, show initiative and be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently with little direction
Adept at building relationships with key stakeholders
This is a fast-tracked, advanced Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, some self-study will be required
