Some practical ability Familiarity with hand and power tools
Minimum Grade 3/D in English and maths
The successful candidate will: Be a reliable, committed, team player Have good communication skills Be physically fit as role will include some manual handling Have a positive, “can-do” attitude Be keen to learn and responsive to training Be able to be flexible with shift patterns Be able to work steadily under pressure Be happy to work outside in all weathers and in an environment that can be dusty, noisy (ear defenders are provided) hot or cold Be happy to undertake some repetitive duties at times
