Description of Opportunity
We have an experienced team of trained Practitioners and this position would be our 5th Apprenticeship. We aim to support and nurture an apprentice to successfully gain their Early Years qualifications.

Maths & English GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above. NB. If you do not have grade C/4 in both maths & English GCSEs you must demonstrate that you are enrolled onto a GCSE course(s)
You will not be able to become a level 3 qualified practitioner without certificates for both GCSEs at grace C/4 or above
GCSE maths & English or a willingness to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship.

Positive and professional attitude
You will require a DBS Check and as a small team we expect the right candidate to be committed to succeed and to be punctual and reliable. There is no parking allocated for this position and you may need to either come by bus and walk, from the Botley road or cycle.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

We are a community based Charity Preschool and Childcare provision, based in a “bubble of loveliness”- North Hinksey, on the outskirts of Oxford. We share the site of North Hinksey Primary School and although we are independent, governed by our volunteer management committee, we do work closely with the school.
