Experience of working in an office environment, ideally within HR Experience of working to high service standards, able to anticipate problems, improve standards and develop solutions Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work constructively with a wide range of staff Good organisational skills and ability to plan work activities, ensuring work is completed to deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail Demonstrate initiative in solving problems and ability to make decisions and determine when to escalate an issue Ability to work independently and as part of a team A good working knowledge of payroll/tax/NI/pension regulations An awareness of good data management practice and requirements, in particular, a strong understanding of GDPR Evidence of continuous professional development and a desire to maintain employment law and best practice knowledge An understanding of HR/Payroll databases, the ‘employee record’, with a focus on system solutions
Level 2 in English and maths
Willing to learn Enjoys a challenge Reliable Excellent Interpersonal skills
Administrator at the end, which is a grade 5 role
