Choice Ltd began delivering services to people with learning disabilities and complex needs in 1992. We later acquired two further residential support companies (Truecare Group Ltd and Orchard End Ltd) and a supported living provider, called Excel Support Services. Collectively, we now work as one group, known as the Choice Care Group.
Choice Care Group has evolved to become a leading provider in the delivery of both residential and supported living services for people with learning disabilities and mental health disorders, with a particular specialism in working with individuals who have highly complex needs or have a history of being a risk to themselves or others. A high proportion of the people we support are also on the autism spectrum.
