The role involves / would be highly beneficial to have experience with: Managing multiple requests at the same time whilst keeping a level head and maintaining high standards of customer service Working with external suppliers and vendors to achieve timely resolutions to incidents and requests where services are support and/or hosted by 3rd parties Essential knowledge, skills & experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience IT Service Desk Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 Knowledge of supporting, installing standard Microsoft Office Experience of Microsoft Outlook and MS-Exchange Some knowledge of PC related hardware with excellent PC and laptop troubleshooting skills Some knowledge of Active Directory administration, setting up users, resetting passwords, working with organisational units, etc. Experience using service desk call logging systems Ability to work to standard documented processes and procedures The ability to prioritise and escalate
Entry requirements: You need to have 5 GCSEs: maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D/3 or above 3x GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 in any other subject You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.
