We offer excellent progression opportunities for candidates who are dedicated and motivated in supporting the values and ethos of the setting. Our previous apprentices who have successfully completed their qualifications and training have remained with us and now hold positions within the setting including: Deputy Manager, Room Leader and we are about to make our current apprentice SENDCo on successful completion of her qualification.
