Digital and computer literate, able to use Microsoft software competently ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge and experience of apprenticeships Strong administration skills in the handling and completion of all documentation Demonstrates strong planning and coordination skills
GCSE grades C (4) or above in both maths and English NVQ Business Administration/Customer Service Levels 3 or equivalent, or relevant experience in general administrative duties, customer engagement and project working
Excellent communicator - written, verbalo and interpersonal Possesses excellent presentation skills, particularly to audiences of children and young adults for the ASK project and to business owners for Lancashire Levy Transfer Networks and Lancashire Engaging Apprentices Programme. Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach in anticipating customer requirements and delivers to high standards of customer satisfaction Ability to create and develop own work programme Excellent organisational and time management skills
Require a full UK driving license and car because your role will require travel to schools across Lancashire and Cumbria
