Excellent communication and listening skills
Great attention to detail
Good knowledge of IT systems, including social media platforms.
The ability to work as part of a team, supporting a number of colleagues
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
GCSEs grade C/4 or above in maths and English (or equivalent)
Predicated grades are accepted but any offers are provisional dependent on grade
Good timekeeping and willing to learn
Patient and well organised
Motivated for the role and a proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
Our offices are on Anlaby Road in Hull, and within the Travel Centre at Hull Interchange – these are easy to access by public transport. The successful candidate will receive a bus pass to travel free on buses in the area.
For the right candidate, a permanent role could be available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship qualification.

The Head Office and main depot are located on Anlaby Road in Hull, where they have been based since 1929. There are also depots in Bridlington, Elloughton, Pocklington, Scarborough and Withernsea. All these depots have an active role to play in the continued success of East Yorkshire.
